Challenge:

As the world's leading provider of sanitary fittings and global brand dedicated to providing innovative water products entering the area of digital selling in B2B and B2C is a must.
So it does not need only a digital shop solution, but a whole digital infrastructure which is the basis to provide all selling relevant data informations to the several channels and touchpoints Grohe operates on.
So Grohe needs a partner to support in the strategical and technical evolution development of their digital infrastructure in order to be prepared for the age of E-Commerce.

Measures:

Development of a SAP Commerce (XP) based multilanguage E-Shop solution. Initial product range is Grohe watersystems solutions which will be enhanced step by step.
Conception and implementation of a product configurator based upon Zoovu software solution.
Development of a product data syndication solution with Apache KAFKA software.
Continuous feature development and technical maintenance.

Results:
Successful shop launch in the Grohe key markets (Germany, France, Spain, Great Britain).
Establishment of a "single-pont-of-truth" for product data management and syndication.
Step by step rollout of the E-Shop to further markets taking into account country specific requirements and feature modifications.
